JESUS DIED TO RECONCILE THOSE AT THE TIME OF NOAH WITH GOD

My dear friends one of the reasons Jesus Christ died for was to reconcile those who lived at the time of Noah.

Luke 23:46 Jesus cried out in a loud voice, "Father! In your hands I place my spirit!" He said this and died

1 Peter 3 New International Version Bible

  • 18 For Christ died for sins once and for all,

One sacrifice on the cross for all humans.

  • 18 the righteous for the unrighteous

Jesus Christ the righteous without any sin, for sinners who are unrighteous

  • 18 to bring you to God

To reconcile all humans will Father God, meaning no more condemnation nor separation from the Father.

  • 18 He was put to death in the body but made alive by the spirit,

Matthew 27:50 And when Jesus had cried out again in a loud voice, he gave up his spirit.

  • 19 through whom also he went and preached to the spirits in prison

Acts 2:31 Good News TEV- David saw what God was going to do in the future, and so he spoke about the resurrection of the Messiah when he said, 'He was not abandoned in the world of the dead; his body did not rot in the grave.'

This prison is not hell. It is where dead people who are not saved by our Lord and Saviour wait for Judgement day.

  • 20 who disobeyed long ago when God waited patiently in the days of Noah while the Ark was being built.

Genesis 6 Good News TEV

  • 1 When the human race had spread all over the world, and daughters were being born,
  • 2 some of the heavenly begins

Heavenly begins? Angels - fallen angels
Job 1:6 When the day came for the heavenly begins to appear before the LORD, Satan was there among them.

2 Peter 2:4 God did not spare the angels who sinned, but threw them into hell, where they are kept chained in the darkness waiting for the Day of Judgement.

Jude 6 And the angels who did not keep their position of authority but abandoned their own homes these he has kept lasting chains for judgement on the great Day.

Genesis 6

  • 2 saw that these young women were beautiful, so they took the ones they liked
  • 4 in those days, and even later, there were giants on the earth who were descendents of the human women and the heavenly begins. They were the great heroes and famous men of long ago.
  • 5 When the Lord saw how wicked everyone on earth was and how evil their thoughts were all the time
Genesis 6
  • 11 but everyone else was evil in God's sight, and violence had spread everywhere
  • 12 God looked at the world and saw that it was evil, for the people were all living evil lives.

  • 6 he was sorry that he ever made them and put them on the earth. He was filled with regret

  • 7 that he said, "I will wipe out these people I have created, and also the animals and the birds, because I am sorry I made any of them
  • 8 But the LORD was pleased with Noah

  • 10 He lived in fellowship with God,

I Peter 3:20 In it only a few people, eight in all, we're saved through water

Genesis 6

  • 13 God said to Noah, "I have decided to put an end to he human race. I will destroy them completely, because the world is full of their violent deeds.
  • 14 Build a boat for yourself out of good timber, make rooms in it and cover it with tar inside and out
  • 17 I am going to send a flood on the earth to destroy every living being. Everything on the will die

His sons were Genesis 6:9 He had three sons, Shem, Ham and Japheth.

1 Peter 4:6 the Good News was preached also to the dead, to those who had been judged in their physical existence as everyone is judged, it was preached to them so that in their spiritual existence they may live as God lives.

This is how much the Grace of God is measured! They were given a second chance of living Holy lives while in their prison the Hades waiting for Judgement Day since they have already been judged physically!

1 John 3:8 the Devil has sinned from the very beginning. The Son of God appeared for this very reason, to destroy what the Devil had done.

That is how much sin has been forgiven for all human race and death defeated!
